WHAT TO EXPECT

There is more to this storybook than just a fun story. Come take a look! My dear friend Heidi Reeves did the illustrations. Each page is a stunning work of art filling the pages with color and light and bringing the story to life.

This story also carries a special message of love and care. What does love look like and what does it mean to truly care? Jesus told many stories and parables to convey His messages. Following that example, this story shares with children how much Jesus loves them. At the end of the book, there is a blessing for the adult to read or pray over the child. Isaiah 55:11 says, “my word shall go out from my mouth and shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.”
